Synthetic Turf International Annual Dealer Conference

Synthetic Turf International hosts its annual dealer conference each year, just before the start of the spring/summer season. The conference provides Synthetic Turf International the perfect opportunity to have its distributors in one place for networking and educational seminars. It is also a great time for our synthetic turf dealers to learn from one another.

About the STI Dealer Conference

This year the 2018 STI Dealer Conference was held on a cruise leaving out Miami with Royal Caribbean. Dealers from around the United States, Canada, and Latin America gathered for this year’s conference.

At the conference, STI:

1. Launched new synthetic turf products
2. Offered seminars on marketing & website SEO
3. Presented an in-depth look at the new limited lifetime warranty
4. Provided additional networking opportunities for our synthetic turf dealers and their guests

Value of Attending

As important as the seminars were for our dealers, the networking, friendships, and camaraderie were at the center of this year’s conference. The seminars each morning provided fuel for discussions in the afternoons and evenings – whether it was around the pool, on the beach, or various other venues on the ship.

The first evening before the start of classes, we hosted a “Welcome Reception” as a way to break the ice and have a chance to meet/ mingle with all of the attendees, including STI dealers and sponsors. We had scheduled dinners each night, which allowed plenty of time to bond and discuss the upcoming year. We also had a “Farewell Reception”, which featured awards on the final night of the conference. This allowed everyone the additional chance to discuss the topics of the seminars and presentations, as well as allowing a chance for everyone to get pictures made in our photo area.

The connections and advice gained at each of our conferences is invaluable to both STI at the corporate level and our dealer network. The relaxed setting of the cruise, where the weather was perfect and everyone was in one place, made this year’s conference a truly memorable experience.
