Established in 1981, Country Landscapes are a design/build landscaping firm that installs projects of all scales, both residential and commercial. They have two retail locations and cover all of central Iowa with locations in Clear Lake(retail), North Liberty and Des Moines apart from their Ames(retail) location.
Country Landscapes have nine designers/salespeople on staff and five design support staff with experience ranging from the first year out of university to 30 years with Country Landscapes. On average, their salespeople have been with Country Landscapes for 10+ years. Similarly, they have over 100 installers split among crews ranging in size of 1 person to 6 people. A crew/group leader leads all of their teams with 10+ years of experience, and just like their designers, they have a large number of installers that have been with country landscapes anywhere from 10 – 30 years.
Country Landscapes install plantings, hardscapes, stone masonry, seeding/sodding, wood structures, water features, artificial turf, site excavation/grading and large wall installation.
