- Small owned business. Began when David and Julie Bianchi’s Construction Co. in Buffalo, New York in 1971. Focusing their operation on general masonary and brick construction. Later, decided to move the company to North Carolina in 1996 where it still operates today.
- It wasnt until 2001 that the Bianchi Family, now with help of their son Mark Bianchi, decided to open up a masonary retail store in Southport, North Carolina.
- Mark Bianchi is now part of STI as a dealer.
