Synthetic Turf International Makes a Difference in St. Louis

During the 2013 Synthetic Turf International (STI) Conference in St. Louis, Mo,  STI representatives from across the world make a difference at Hope Animal Rescues in Godfrey, IL.  Through the Better Play & Recreation Contest, STI was able to donate a large play area at the animal shelter that will improve the lives of the dogs, volunteers, and Hope Rescues staff.  The installation featured STI’s premier pet turf, SoftLawn® Pro Cut, that is a friendly solution for K-9’s and humans alike.  This addition of synthetic turf will allow the dogs to enjoy a clean grassy area that does not have to be treated with harmful chemicals and pesticides that are harmful to the dogs and humans as well.  The volunteers and staff at Hope Rescues are able to enjoy from the low maintenance, water saving, and time saving benefits provided by the synthetic turf solution.

The synthetic turf donation to Hope Animal Rescues was paired with the annual STI Conference where STI representatives attended the conference from right in the St. Louis area and as far away as Russia.  The STI representatives were able to work together at Hope Rescues to share best practices and socialize with industry vendors that allow them to continue providing the best installations in the synthetic turf industry.  This was also followed by classroom meetings that allowed all of the representatives to learn about new products, marketing, and many other useful tips that allow them to provide the best service possible.
